| 1. How do I Install MogulSMS? |
- If you have download the file to your computer you will need
to contact your Mobile Phone to your computer and copy the
MOGULSMS_21e.CAB file to your Mobile Phone. Then proceed to step
3 below.
- If you already have copied or saved the MOGULSMS_21e.CAB
file to your Mobile Phone proceed to step 3 below.
- Locate and find your File Explorer on your Mobile Phone.
- Open the File Explorer and look for the MOGULSMS_21e file in
the location where you saved the file on your Mobile Device
- Click on the MOGULSMS_21e file and the installation of
MogulSMS will begin.
- Follow the on screen instruction to complete the
installation.
- Once the installation is complete click on the Windows Start
Menu Icon on your Mobile Phone and proceed to Programs.
- In Programs you will find the MogulSMS icon, click on the
icon to start the application.
- You will presented with a registration/login screen.
- Enter your information in all the fields on the screen,
click Register, and start making money from every text you send.

| 2. How do I check for an Advertisement? |
|
There are two ways to check for advertisements:
1. On the options menu, from the screen with your inbox, sent
items, earnings, etc. select sync ad.
2. From the options menu, when creating a new text message
choose change ads and select an ad amongst the
various categories.

| 3. Under Settings, What is conversation
mode? |
| Conversation mode
enables you to see all the text messages between you and another
person on one screen. |

| 4. Under settings, What is running text? |
| It allows for the
content of your text message to scroll horizontally without the need
to look at the full message. |

| 5. How do I send a text message with an
advertisement? |
| Click the options
menu, simply create a new message and an ad will automatically be
attached or when creating a new text message choose change ads and
select an ad amongst the various categories. |

| 6. Can I change the advertisement I send
with my text message? |
| Yes. Click the
options menu, when creating a new text message choose change ads and
select an ad amongst the various categories. |

| 7. Where do I find MogulSMS on my phone? |
| From the windows
start menu icon, select programs and MobiMogul will be listed among
the various programs. |

| 8. How do I download and install
MogulSMS on my phone? |
There are two ways to
get MogulSMS on your phone.
1. Text the word
MOGULSMS to 32075 and download the application to your phone.
- Install the application from the location where you saved the file
on your phone.
2. Click on the
download link here and save the file to your computer.
- Copy the file from your computer to your device using your USB
cable.
- Install the file from the location where you copied the file. |

| 9. How do I check my earnings? |
| From the screen with
your deleted items, inbox, and sent item, select earnings from that
screen. |

10. I had to reinstall MogulSMS and
forgot my user name and/or password. How can I recover this
information to get
back into the application? |
| Visit MobiMogul.com,
click on the sign-in button, then select forgot user name/password.
You will then be emailed this information. |

| 11. I'm getting an error message
referencing a problem with MogulSMS.exe or an "Application Error". How do I get around this
issue? |
Follow these steps and it should resolve your problem:
1. Uninstall your MogulSMS application
2. Turn your device off an back on
3. Reinstall the MogulSMS application |
